PT. EnviroMate Technology International designed energy efficient Compressed Natural Gas Plant. We constructed CNG Plant with capacity of 15 MMSCFD and 18,9 MMSCFD.
Product & Facility. PT. EnviroMate Technology International (ETI) has designed energy efficient Compressed Natural Gas Plant. We constructed CNG Plant with capacity of 15 MMSCFD and 18,9 MMSCFD. We use waste energy as source of heat which resulted a very low owned use power consumption. ETI also implements many other advance technologies such as fully automatic plant operations, remote monitoring, heat management and many others, We can offer CNG investment package or EPCI or BOT to suit customer needs. We could offer operations and maintenance including man power, spare part and etc. The Gas Flow on our CNG will be descibed as Follow:
1. Scrubber.
Scrubber systems are a diverse group of air pollution control devices that can be used to remove some particulates and/or gases from industrial exhaust streams.
2. Metering M 100.
The M100 provides accurate, continuous, direct measurement of mass, density, temperature and percent solids over the flow range 5.0 to 500 kg/min.
3. Gas Dryer.
CNG can save you money under a variety of
circumstances.
4. Gas Compressor.
A gas compressor is a mechanical device that increases the pressure of a gas by reducing its volume. An air compressor is a specific type of gas compressor.

systems.
6. Tube Skid.
ETI use ENRIC where the seamless cylinder of the tube skid is made of qualified chrome-molybdenum steel.
